When I tried my first pair of fixed Addi Lace Turbos, I knew that I was absolutely hooked. Since that moment, I've been slowly updating and adding to my collection of fixed circulars with the Addi Turbo Lace sets. About a week ago, I decided that it was time to place another order for a few more sets of the Turbos, so I started to browse around online, trying to find the best price for the two sets that I wanted. I stumbled on a few sites that had cheap prices, but expensive shipping and a few that were the other way around. Through my wanderings, I discovered the addi Needle Shop link, and thankfully, I clicked it! (Here's the link)

I was a little bit nervous at first, especially because the website looks less than perfect. However, there was twenty percent off on all of the needles and free shipping on all needle purchases. I really liked that deal, so I went ahead and chose two pairs of needles, a size six with a sixteen inch length, and a size four with a twenty-four inch length. I placed my order on Wednesday, expecting it to arrive the next week on Monday or Tuesday; however, when I checked my mailbox on Saturday, my needles had already arrived.

Unfortunately, the sixteen inch length was definitely not long enough for my needs, so I had to email the company and ask how to go about returning or exchanging them for a longer set. I emailed them on Saturday night and only had to wait until Monday for a response. They said I could exchange them no problem, and referred me to their returns page. I still wasn't sure how exactly to go about it, so I emailed them again, and they got back to me within a half hour explaining what to do exactly and what I would have to do to get my needles exchanged. Seeing as it was my fault, since I picked the wrong size, I didn't expect them to be so helpful and so accommodating. I haven't sent back my needles yet to complete the exchange, but I expect nothing less than the best when I do. I'm so impressed with the shipping, the prices, and the customer service of addi Needle Shop that I will be going there first when I need any other Addi needle sets.
